Singfully ("Singfully", "we", "us") is an online service operated from Israel. You can reach us at support@singfully.com.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use singfully.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Song details you enter: the occasion, the recipient's name, your relationship, stories, jokes, tone and other details you type into the song builder.
- Contact details: your email address, so we can deliver your song and, if you agree, send you updates.
- Order details: what you bought, the price paid and the time of the order. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, not by us.
- Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you move through the song builder. This is collected with cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use it
- To write, deliver and support your song, including rewrites and refunds.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our advertising.
3. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run Singfully:
- Anthropic: the song details you enter are sent to Anthropic's AI service to write your lyrics.
- Payment provider: processes your payment securely.
- Klaviyo: sends delivery and, if you opted in, marketing emails.
- Vercel and Neon: host the website and store anonymous usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity: records anonymized site interactions so we can fix usability problems.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel helps us measure and improve our ads.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the site to work, for analytics and for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
5. How long we keep data
We keep order and song details for as long as needed to deliver your song, handle support and refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@singfully.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
We operate from Israel and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use reputable providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers to protect your information. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Children
Singfully is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Please do not enter sensitive details about children beyond what is needed for a song, such as a first name.
