Terms of Service

Singfully ("Singfully", "we", "us") is an online service operated from Israel. You can reach us at support@singfully.com.

These Terms of Service govern your use of singfully.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we offer

Singfully creates personalized song lyrics. You answer a few questions about the person and occasion, choose a melody from our catalog, and we write new lyrics to fit that melody. Lyrics are written with the help of artificial intelligence and are delivered digitally, on screen and by email. We provide written lyrics only. We do not provide audio, recordings or sheet music.

2. Melodies

Every melody in our catalog is a traditional or public-domain composition. The lyrics we write are new, original words created for your order. We do not reproduce the lyrics of copyrighted songs.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your email address.

4. Your input

You are responsible for the names, stories and other details you enter. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights, and do not include sensitive personal information about other people that you do not have the right to share. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and include any discount that applies at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

6. Delivery

Your lyrics are delivered digitally, usually within minutes of payment, on screen and to the email address you provide. If you have not received your song, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@singfully.com.

7. Rewrites and refunds

If the lyrics are not right, you can request rewrites at no extra cost. If you are still not happy, you can ask for a refund as described in our Refund Policy.

8. How you can use your song

Once your order is paid, you may use, perform, print and share your personalized lyrics for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as singing them at a celebration or posting a video of the moment. Commercial use, such as selling the lyrics or using them in advertising, requires our written permission. Third-party platforms may apply their own automated content-matching systems, which we do not control.

9. AI-generated content

Lyrics are generated with AI tools and reviewed by automated checks. We aim for warm, accurate and singable results, but we cannot guarantee that every line will be perfect or exactly what you imagined. Please read your lyrics before sharing them, and use the rewrite option if anything needs changing.

10. Acceptable use of the site

Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to create content for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual property

The Singfully name, logo, website design and software belong to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers them to you, except the right to use your personalized lyrics as described in section 8.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of your country.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
